• We are not responsible for any data loss — please keep local backups of your original files

You retain full ownership of all files you upload and process through our tools. We claim no rights over your content. The ToolQuokka name, logo, and website design are our property.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolQuokka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or files
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Errors in file conversion or processing
• Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to our systems

We strive to keep our services available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool or feature at any time without notice.

If you believe content processed through our service infringes your copyright, please contact us at [email protected] with details. Since all files are automatically deleted within 30 minutes, we cannot retrieve or inspect previously uploaded content.
